While hair loss in men and women can be very different, our products are designed to be effective for both men and women.

As with most interventions, it is best to start using Ultrax Labs products as soon as you are worried about hair loss beginning. However it is never too late to start using Ultrax Labs products.

The exact amount of caffeine is proprietary, however caffeine does not efficiently absorb into the bloodstream when topically applied. So you would not feel the same effects as if you drank a caffeinated beverage. Ultrax Labs caffeine products are safe, even for individuals with caffeine sensitivity (unless you are specifically allergic to caffeine). If you experience any adverse reactions while using Ultrax Labs products, we recommend ceasing use immediately.

We do ship internationally. We ship all our non-North American orders using USPS Express Mail. It is the only service we have found to deliver packages reliably and safely. Please do keep in mind that your country might impose customs charges during importation that you will be responsible for. Upon shipment you will receive a tracking number and you should track the package so it can be claimed once it has arrive in your country. If the item is unclaimed and it comes back to us, you will be refunded the product price but not the shipping charges.

Our return policy does apply for international orders. The only difference is that the shipping charges are non-refundable on returns.

Ultrax Labs recommends leaving the Shampoo and Conditioner on your scalp for at least two minutes prior to rinsing off. Please check your scalp type and scalp condition if you do leave the product on the scalp for longer than 2 minutes. Temporary redness of the scalp can result depending on your scalp's sensitivity.

Every individual reacts differently to hair products, so there is no standard frequency of use. A good place to start is by using the products 5x a week and scaling based on your reaction. If your scalp becomes dry or a bit irritated, then we recommend lowering the use.

The intensity of the effect of the caffeine on your scalp increases the longer you leave the shampoo on. However, this may increase the risk of scalp redness especially for sensitive scalps. Please pay close attention to how your scalp reacts, when you leave the product on longer. Normally, 2 minutes should be enough to activate the hair roots. Ultrax Labs products are completely safe, even for individuals who react sensitively to caffeine (unless you are specifically allergic to caffeine). If you have any severe reaction sto our products, we recommend stopping use immediately.

Everyone reacts differently to hair products and there is no standard time to see results. Some of our customers see results within a few days, while other people need months to start seeing results.

Since you ingest coffee orally, it will first pass through the gastrointestinal organs. This is a completely different mechanism than applying it topically. Even the consumption of 100 cups of coffee would not provide the hair roots with enough caffeine.

When Ultrax Labs product use is stopped, the user will stop receiving the benefit that the products were providing. Any hair maintained or gained will not just fall out. However your body will go back to its natural rate of hair loss, sans products.
